JAS special grade (honjou) light soy sauce. It is a light soy sauce that has a mild and light fragrance and has been fully aged. It can be widely used for all dishes which, won't spoil the original color and aroma of the ingredients. No chemical seasonings, preservatives, coloring or sweeteners are used.
