Dried seasoned cod roe 30g/pk
北海道鹿部町の近海で採れたスケソウダラの中でも大きな原料を2021年道南で創業した箱館醸蔵の日本酒”郷宝”(特別純米酒)で漬込みし、低温乾燥させ熟成させました。
タラコのうまみを最大限に引き出した、「たらこの新しい提案」です。
【お召し上がり方】
◎包丁やハサミで5mm程にカットし、そのままお召し上がりください。オードブルやパスタ、お茶漬け、炒飯など料理のトッピングにもお使いいただけます。
Among Alaska pollock caught in the coastal waters off Shikabe Town, Hokkaido, we select only the larger roe and marinate it in “Gōhō” (Tokubetsu Junmai sake), a Japanese sake brewed by Hakodate Jōzō, founded in southern Hokkaido in 2021.
The roe is then carefully low-temperature dried and aged to perfection.
This is a new take on tarako, crafted to bring out the roe’s umami to its fullest.
How to Enjoy
・Cut into slices about 5 mm thick using a knife or scissors and enjoy as is.
・Also ideal as a topping for appetizers, pasta, ochazuke (tea-over-rice), fried rice, and other dishes.
