自然豊かな、宮崎県日南海岸の美しい海の黒潮海水を、昔ながらの平釜式で十二時間炊き上げ、天日干しした貴重な黒潮水晶塩を宮崎県産の孟宗竹に詰め、それを900度以上の高温で焼き上げました。

とても旨味のある甘い塩に仕上がっています。竹炭の色がアクセントに!

Kuroshio Current seawater located the beautiful Nichinan coast of Miyazaki Prefecture where is rich in nature, is boiled for 12 hours in an old-fashioned flat pot method, then dried in the sun to produce unique Kuroshio crystal salt. Packed the salt into Moso bamboo from also Miyazaki Prefecture and baked it at a high temperature of over 900 degrees. 

Turn it out to sweet and rich Umami flavor! The color of bamboo charcoal is an accent!
