簡単甘酒の作り方 ~炊飯器~
1.1合のお米で炊飯器でおかゆを作る
2.ほぐした麹を入れて、よく混ぜる
3.蓋を開けたまま保温設定、濡れ布巾をかけ、
8-10時間
4.途中こまめに混ぜる
5.香りが立ち、甘味が強くなれば完成
6.ハンドブレンダーで、クリーム状に攪拌
**冷蔵庫で1週間ほど

お好みの甘さに薄めてドリンクに
パンにぬる
プレーンヨーグルトのトッピングなど

Koji have lots health benefit, ideal for making Amazake/Shio kouji/Miso etc.

How to make simple amazake ~Rice cooker~
1. Make porridge with 1 cup of rice in a rice cooker
2. Add the loosened koji and mix well
3. Set the rice cooker to keep warm with the lid open, cover with a wet cloth,
for 8-10 hours
4. Stir frequently during cooking
5. When the aroma and sweetness are strong, it's done
6. Blend with a hand blender until it becomes creamy
**consume within a week keep in the refrigerator

Dilute to your desired sweetness and make a drink
Spread on bread
Topping for plain yogurt, etc.
