Hyuganatsu is originally from Miyazaki, small sized beatiful lemon-yellow color citrus.
It has the white part between the peel and the pulp. The white part is slightly sweet and brings out the refreshing scent and the acidity of Hyuganatsu. Please eat the pulp with the white part.
